D1 is a replicate tower to Q1 in Gold Coast, Australia.
Q1 was developed by the Sunland Group and was recognised in the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest residential building on the Gold Coast in 2007.
Peacock Ventures is an investor in D1 through acquiring a number of apartments by way of bulk purchase investment in the development.
